Ex Machina Soundworks Pulsar MKII
On January 1, AJ Wykes reviews Ex Machina Soundworks' Pulsar MKII active loudspeaker, which features onboard DSP that flattens the speaker's amplitude, phase, and impulse responses. A three-way sealed design, the Pulsar MKII has a coaxial driver with a 7″ midrange-woofer and concentrically mounted 1″ tweeter and a 9″ subwoofer. The sub is powered by a 250W class-D amp, the midrange-woofer by a 100W amp, and the tweeter by a 50W amp.
